The annual report presentation to the board was given by Superintendent Dr. Robert Gildea and Business Manager Autumn Fiscus.

Gildea started by stating the Hollidaysburg Area School District vision statement, which says that the community is dedicated to educating all learners by maximizing the growth of each individual student. He gave five vision statements to enable this growth. 2023 has been a future-driven, student-centered learning environment.
