David E. Helsel, 56, of New Enterprise, passed away Thursday evening, July 20, 2023, at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center, Roaring Spring.

He was born May 31, 1967 in Roaring Spring, son of Donna J. (Miller) Helsel and the late Leroy K. Helsel.

He is survived by his mother, Donna, of Bakers Summit; two half-brothers: Robert C. Helsel and Kenneth E. Helsel; an adopted brother, Anthony W. Helsel; three uncles: Kenneth R. Miller (Arvilla), Donald B. Miller (Sarah), and Lester J. Helsel; two aunts: Doris A. Miller, and Julianne K. Statler; and numerous extended family members and friends.
