The Central Dragon Golf team kicked off its 2023 campaign last Thursday with a trip to the Happy Valley Invitational at Penn State's white course. The Dragons took home a second place finish out of 18 teams in the AA field with a team score of 309, finishing 3 strokes behind St. Joseph's Academy. Griffin Snowberger captured the individual championship, shooting a 1 under 71 and winning in a card off against West Shamokin's Alex Talmadge. Nick Baum finished in a tie for fourth place with a 73.
