Most of Bill Musser’s Juniata Valley and Williamsburg football players this season aren’t old enough to drive.
Musser, though, is handing them the keys to his Juniata Valley football program for the next few months.
It’s a matter of necessity. Graduation has compounded with injury to decimate the starting lineup of last year’s District 6 Class 1A playoff team. The roster is primarily sophomores and freshmen, and many of those sophomores have barely gotten on the field, so it’s an experienced group, as well.
The Green Hornet nickname is more apropos than ever. The team that hits A....
