For the last several months, Catharine Township has been trying to get River Front Drive, located in the township, to meet the 33-foot threshold for obtaining it as a right-of-way. Solicitor Nathan Karn was on hand at Monday evening’s meeting, Aug. 28, to explain the situation. Karn instructed supervisors that a deed would need to be made for the property that will be affected by extending length of property to make the 33-foot threshold. In turn, the township would take care of the road.
