Robert W. Lape, Sr., 88, of Roaring Spring, passed away peacefully Aug. 21, 2023, at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center surrounded by his loving family after an extended battle with cancer.

He was born March 20, 1935, the son of the late William “Bill” Clarence Lape and Ruth Elmira (Walter) Lape. He married Ruth Louise Walker Aug. 17, 1953, and she passed away Oct. 4, 2011.
