B. Esther Zook, 94, passed away Sunday evening, Sept. 10, 2023 at the The Village at Morrisons Cove in Martinsburg.

She was born March 16, 1929, in Salemville, daughter of the late John C. and Nettie F. (Kagarise) Boyd. On Oct. 17, 1952, she married Lloyd C. Zook at the Martinsburg Memorial Church of the Brethren. He preceded her in death April 24, 2016, following 63 years of marriage.

She is survived by a son, Calvin L. and wife, Barb of Martinsburg; a grandson, Scott L. and wife, Wendy of New Market, MD; two grandchildren: Zachary and Addison.
