Linda Kay Boyd

Linda Kay Boyd, 75, of Tyrone and a beloved resident at Garvey Manor, passed away Friday, Sept. 1, 2023.

She was born Feb. 27, 1948, in Roaring Spring, the daughter of Raymond R. and Elsie Marie (Imler) Boyd.

She is survived by two children: Daniel Boyd and Lisa Holsinger; four siblings: Gloria Jean Estep, Charles A. Boyd, Carol A. Friday, and Joyce L. Ellenberger; two Granddaughters, MaeLena Grazier and Grace Magaha; a great-granddaughter: RaeElla Jo Grazier; and a great-grandson on the way; and her many furr grandchildren, Blue, Sadie, Brodie and Gracie.

Linda was a member of the Tyrone Alliance Church, and she worked at the VA hospital as a switchboard operator for many years. Linda was a social butterfly and adored being outside. She loved to keep up with her lawn and garden, and keeping the wildlife fed, which she cared so much for.
