John “Jack” Emerson Matthews V, 86, was born Aug. 26, 1937, in Bronxville, NY and lived a short time in Bronxville NY, then Fairborn, Ohio but was raised primarily in Queens County, NYC (Whitestone & Beechurst).

Jack is survived by his wife of 38 years, Karen Sue Matthews of Roaring Spring.
