Martinsburg Mennonite has filled school bags for children for many years. This was successful due to the sewing skills and dedication of Arlene Delp. Delp is a member of this church and has made thousands of school bags over the years.
This year far succeeded the number of bags usually made. The church congregation assisted Delp by having the men's group of the church insert the strings in the bags. Le...
