“Y2K” was the subject of discussion at the Martinsburg borough council meeting. “Y2K” refers to the possible problems that may take place at the turn of the century because some computer systems are not yet programmed to recognize the year 2000. Police Chief Richard A. Brantner reported to council that the police department’s computer was not ready for the change.
