WISE Women of Blair County is pleased to announce that they are seeking applications for scholarship assistance. One or more scholarships will be awarded up to a total of $10,000. Deadline for applications is no later than 4 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 29, 2023. These completed applications must be received by mail to WISE Women at our address of P. O.
