Gary Wayne Baker, 80, of rural Martinsburg, went home to be with his Lord peacefully, Sunday morning, Oct. 15, 2023, at his home.

He was born March 11, 1943, in Roaring Spring, son of the late James H. and F. Lucille (Smith) Baker. On June 15, 1968, he married Nancy L. Metzger at the Trinity United Methodist Church in Roaring Spring.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Nancy of 55 years: two children: Brent Y. Baker
