Phillip Allan Linn, 75, of rural Williamsburg, passed away Sunday morning, Oct. 15, 2023 at his home.

He was born April 6, 1948, in Altoona, son of the late John D. Linn and H. Ruth (Witherow) Linn-Heverly and was twice married, first to Margie Kaye (Reed) Linn, who preceded him in death on March 5, 1991 and then to Donna J. (Baughman) Linn.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Donna of 29 years; and also his blended family: daughter, Julie Russell (Scott), daughter, Jana Mock (Terry), son, John Taylor, son Shawn Pickell (Sondra) and daughter, Shannon Vinglas (Rich); six grandchildren: Tessa...
