The Spring Cove Education Association and the Spring Cove School Teachers approved an extension of the teacher’s contract that gives teachers a $1,000 pay increase each year for four years. The “early bird” agreement was also approved by the school board, eliminating the need for formal negotiations.

Students in Harley Ramsey’s ag class at Williamsburg High School painted the exterior of the home of Mary Butler, who lives across from the school. The class also repaired a back porch and put new gutters on the home.
