Boy Scout Troop #358 from Martinsburg volunteered at the 2023 Penn State Military Appreciation Day Tailgate at the Bryce Jordan Center on Saturday, Oct. 28. This is the troop's fourth year at this event, which honors the commitment and sacrifices of veterans, families and loved ones by providing tickets at no cost to active and retired service members, as well as a complimentary pregame tailgate at Bryce Jordan Center.
