Janet P. Feathers, 87, of Roaring Spring, went home to be with the Lord Sunday evening Nov. 5, 2023, at Conemaugh Nason Medical Center after an extended illness.

She was born Feb. 7, 1936, in Martinsburg the daughter of the late Harry “Chub” and Anna Mae (Smith) Kauffman. She married Miles C. Feathers in 1952 and he died in 2004.

She is survived by three children, Cindy P. Gardner (Herb) of Huntingdon, and Randy D. Feather (Candy) and Darlene S. Feathers all of Roaring Spring; three grandchildren: Shane R. Lanzendorfer (Zoe), Dixie L. Kyper (Russell), and Travis K. Feathers (Michelle)...
