Panthers to Fight For District 5 Title

Northern Bedford will face defending champion Windber tonight for the District 5 Class 1A football championship in a reprise of last year's final. To hear Black Panther quarterback Eion Snider tell it, there's no one he and his teammates would rather be playing.
"Everyone's been talking about it," Snider said. "We're going to play hard. They took a district championship away from us so we can't be four-time district champions. It's going to play a really big factor."
The 11-0 Panthers and 8-3 Ramblers will kick off at Somerset Area High School at 7 p.m.
