In their opening week, the Central Dragon Boys Basketball team faced the Clearfield Bison and the Penn Cambria Panthers, finding victory against both with scores of 50-34 and 59-57.
Early in the week, the Dragons traveled to face the Bison in their first match of the year. A normal start left the Dragons ahead by two points at the end of the first quarter; a fantastic second quarter followed with the Dragons scoring 22 to attain a 31-17 halftime lead.
