Regina L. Brumbaugh

Regina L. Brumbaugh, 80, of Fredericksburg, rural Martinsburg, passed away Saturday morning, Dec. 23, 2023, at her home.

She was born Nov. 7, 1943, in Roaring Spring, daughter of the late Fred L. and Dolores R. (Wesley) Vaughn. On March 9, 1960, she married Donald E. “Rube” Brumbaugh in Roaring Spring.
