Catharine Twp. Purchases Used Loader

Catharine Township supervisors met last Thursday evening, Jan. 11.

Roadmaster Michael Fay told the supervisors that the loader that was available for purchase from Ferguson Township was purchased by the township for $12,000. The supervisors had previously given permission within a threshold of money and condition as supervised by Fay.

Fay also discussed recent snowstorm issues – plowing and customer complaints about getting in the grass. No further discussion was held.

Supervisors signed a resolution for pay for the tax collector to stay at 5 percent.

The supervisors also signed a resolution for the tax collector to charge a standard amount for tax duplicates. Both resolutions passed unanimously.
