Richard (Dick) Krider

Richard (Dick) Krider died peacefully Feb. 24, 2024, at Westminster Canterbury, Va., where he lived with his wife Nancy since 2017.

He is survived by his wife and best friend of 66 years Nancy Dean Krider, his four children; Sue Krider, Cindy Standen (Jeff), Richard Krider (Susan) and Beth Parrish (Tracy), eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother Jack and numerous nieces and nephews.

He and his wife Nancy owned and operated Howell’s Heating and Air Condition Co. until his retirement in 2009.
