RS Graduate Awarded

Miss Olive Barnette, a 1920 graduate of Roaring Spring High School, completed a three-year course in the Homeopathic Hospital, Pittsburgh, and was awarded the highest prize in efficiency, theory and deportment.

Prof. John A. Ake was granted a year’s leave of absence by the board of education of New Philadelphia, Ohio, and planned to reside at Martinsburg.

The Woodbury Church of the Brethren held a business meeting to decide on the location of a new church parsonage. After some consideration Mr. and Mrs. John Frederick donated the ground next to the Irvin Byers property....
