RS Dam Days Featured Music, Food and Cars

Another successful weekend for the Roaring Spring Dam Days has passed. Although the weather was uncertain, every event turned out great.

Friday kicked off the fun with yard sales that residents hosted. Numerous people throughout the community sold items ranging from clothes to appliances.

On Saturday, a free community picnic was held, which offered food from Frederick's Meat Market. Hot dogs, hamburgers, macaroni and potato salad, and baked beans were available for everyone to eat.

"It's a nice event that the community puts on," said a Roaring Spring resident.
