    The Altoona Area Lyme Disease Support Group will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14, at the St. Rose of Lima social hall, 5519 Sixth Ave., Altoona.     Erik Whisker, 40, of Everett, announced on Jan. 29 that he will seek the Republican nomination for Bedford County sheriff. Whisker first began working in law enforcement in 1999 when he was hired full-time as a corrections officer at the Bedford County Jail.     Drug Possession Tracy Foor, 43, of Woodbury, was charged by State Police, Bedford, with drug possession. On Dec. 21, police responded to reports of a woman stumbling around a convenience store on Quaker Valley Road, East Saint Clair Township. Police found Foor in her vehicle in the parking lot and found her to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in the possession of methamphetamine and crack cocaine.
