    Butterscotch Toffee Cookies (Yields 5 dozen cookies) Ingredients: 2 eggs 1/2 cup Canola Oil 1 box Butter Pecan cake mix 1 package butterscotch chips 1 pkg. Heath Milk Chocolate English Toffee bits In a large mixing bowl beat eggs and oil until blended; gradually add cake mix and mix well. Fold in the chips and bits. Drop by tablespoonful 2 inches apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 minute before removing to wire racks.     The students in fourth grade at Williamsburg Elementary School penned cinquain and haikus poems. A cinquain consists of five lines. Line 1: one word (subject or noun). Line 2: two words (adjectives) that describe Line 1. Line 3: three words (action verbs) that relate to Line 1. Line 4: four words (feelings or a complete sentence) that relates to Line 1.
