Sealed Bids
Sealed proposals will be received by the Woodbury, PA 16695, of Bedford County at PO Box 280, Woodbury, PA 16695, until 7 p.m. on March 7, 2024, for the following:
Item 1, 1000 ton 9.5MM FOB
Item 2, 300 ton 2A Stone, FOB
Item 3, 500 ton, AS2 Anti-Skid FOB
Item 4, 50 ton, Cold Patch FOB
Liquidated damages apple.
Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality.
The bod must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the municipality.
The Municipality reserves the right to reject any of all proposals.
