For FOB source bids, hauling distance will determine selection of bid award.

“Cold patch asphalt mix shall be UPM Permanent Pavement Repair Material from Unique Paving Materials Corporation, Cleveland, Ohio or an EQUAL and EQUIVALENT product.”
