Accepting Bids

The Northern Bedford County School District is accepting bids for the lease of 51.2 acres of agricultural land that borders the campus of the school district. Bid packets which include a copy of the proposed lease and a map outlining the lease parcels are available by calling (814-766-4706) or stopping by the district office between the hours of 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday thry Friday. The lease packet can also be downloaded off the district website at http://www.nbcsd.org. The school board reserves the right to reject any bid received. The board also reserves the right to not accept the highest bid offered as well. Bids must be received in the district office by 1 p.m. on Friday, October 9, 2020. The final determination of the bid will not be awarded until the Tuesday, October 13, 2020, school board meeting or possibly a later meeting.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE NORTH WOODBURY TOWNSHIP PARKING & TRAFFIC ORDINANCE NO. 11-10-05, SAID AMENDMENT PROHIBITING THE PLACEMENT OF ANY VEHICLES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY ON TOWNSHIP STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.

ORDINANCE NO. 10-01-2020(B)

AN ORDINANCE OF NORTH WOODBURY TOWNSHIP, BLAIR COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, LICENSING, ANNUAL PERMITTING AND REGULATION OF THE OPERATION OF MOBILE HOME PARKS WITHIN NORTH WOODBURY TOWNSHIP, UPDATING AND MODERNIZING ORDINANCE NO. 11-05-73.
