Sealed proposals will be received by the Huston Township of Blair County, at 1230 Piney Creek Road, Martinsburg, PA 16662, until 7:15 p.m. on October 7, 2021 for the following:

6-wheel dump w/10” plow, asher & operator, 160 estimated hours of use

10-wheel dump w/10’ commercial plow, asher & operator, 160 estimated hours of use

Above items of equipment to be complete with operator, fuel, insurance and hauling cost to and within the township.

Item “D” hours are estimates only. Township makes no guarantee any or all hours or any items will be utilized during the contract period.

Note: The township will bot be responsible for and will not pay for any “downtime” as per attachment “A” specs which are part of this bid.

Also, MUST be within 10 miles of Township.

ORDINANCE NO. 2021 - 632

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF MARTINSBURG, BLAIR COUNTY, PA INDICATING ITS INTENTION TO FILE ARTICLES OF AMENDMENT WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA FOR FORMING AN AUTHORITY, TO EXTEND THE EXISTENCE OF THE MARTINSBURG MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY FOR AN ADDITIONAL FIFTY (50) YEARS.

WOODBURY TOWNSHIP SCHOOL DIRECTOR VACANCY

Notice is hereby given that there is one open seat for Woodbury Township residents for a School Director for the Williamsburg Community School District, effective September 21, 2021 through December 7, 2021.

Any Woodbury Township resident interested in this open seat should send a letter of Interest to Mrs. Lisa Murgas, Superintendent, 515 West Third Street, Williamsburg, PA 16693. In order to be considered for this vacancy, your Letter of Interest must be received by the District Administrative Office by Monday, September 20, 2021.
