Joyce Kay Smith, 67, of Williamsburg passed away July 21, 2022, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.

She was born Sept. 27, 1954, in Tyrone; a daughter of the late Richard Frederick and Sara (Fisher) Frederick.

She is survived by her two daughters: Sara Parks (Joshua) of Williamsburg and Colleen Sayegh (Thomas) of Williamsburg; two half siblings, Martha Campbell and Ray Burnshire.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vance C. Smith.

All services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
