Donald Mingle

Born on Dec. 12, 1929, A. Donald Mingle, of Martinsburg, passed away April 28, 2023.

Donald was born in Roaring Spring, son of Ammon D. and Lodie Wolfe Mingle.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Alma (Raugh). Also surviving are three sons to his former wife, Barbara (Stenger): A. David (Laurel) of Havertown; Daniel (Cindy) of South Paris, Maine; Douglas (Jo Ellen) of Martinsburg. Also 2 stepchildren: Randy Guyer (Dianna) and Karen Blattenberger (Daniel) all of Martinsburg; nine grandchildren; seven step-grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by sisters Phyllis Wineland, Violet Shaffer, Doris Rex, and Jeanne Hoy and by a great-grandson, Melchior John Wint Cringle.

A public celebration of his life will be held June 17, 2023, at 12:30 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church of Roaring Spring, with visitation beginning at 11:30 a.m. Donald requested that Memorial Contributions in his name be made to Trinity United Methodist Church of Roaring Spring or Garver Memorial YMCA.
