Williamsburg Schools to Remain 'Virtual' Through Dec. 11

For the past two weeks, the Williamsburg Community School Board has hosted two meetings – one on Tuesday, Nov. 17, and a special meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 24.

On Nov. 24, the school district announced that all schools would be “full virtual” until Dec. 11, and return to face-to-face instruction on Monday, Dec. 14.

School board President Dr. Barry England said that the school board had a “thorough, hearty discussion,” and that “it was a very difficult decision to make, but we want the kids in school.”
