South Woodbury Township Sets Yard Sale Day

The Board of Supervisors of South Woodbury Township met Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at the township building. All supervisors were present. There were no public attendees.

The office was closed on April 10 due to training and April 21 to 28 for a vacation day.

Update on Southern Cove Volunteer Fire Company Financial Report for FY 2022 was to be given by a representative, but this has not happened as of yet. This will be ongoing to reach some clarification.

The roadmaster reported brush had been cleared last month.

Bids were opened for paving to be done in Loysburg before September. The winning bid went to Grannis Brothers at $59,713.

Inspections were completed on bridges 2 and 3 on March 9, 2023.

PennDOT District 9 annual transportation meeting will take place on April 24, 2023.

The plant operations oral report was given. Normal maintenance was completed.

WC Weil will do pump inspections in May.

The Board of Supervisors has designated Yard Sale Day for all of South Woodbury Township on June 30 and July 1 starting at 9 a.m.

The next meeting will be on May 3 at 9 a.m. at the township office.
