    People who needed help for some food would go to St. Matthew Lutheran Church in Martinsburg to get a voucher, which could be redeemed for groceries.     I was thrilled to find the five monarch caterpillars on milkweed plants in my garden. The caterpillars are in the second stage in the life cycle of the monarch butterfly. These caterpillars hatched from eggs laid on the milkweed leaves by the adult butterfly. These caterpillars will eat for three or five days before spinning a silk pod and turning into a chrysalis.     Shown in the picture is the quilt that will be awarded at the Library Bash at the Bistro. The quilt was made by Jean Habinyak who lives in Martinsburg. She also donated part of the fabric.     The winner of the quilt drawing sponsored by the Martinsburg Community Library was Nancy Harris, who lives near Denver, Colo.
